Why Do You Call Yourselves a Plant Centre, Not a Garden Centre?
We love our plants and focus solely on them, which is why we don’t sell home decor, giftware, or clothing like many other garden centres do.
Additionally, we don’t carry products like sheds, fencing, turf, gravel, feature rocks, railway sleepers, or children’s garden play equipment.

Do You deliver?
Yes, we do. Click here to see the areas we go to and the cost.
Do You Supply Top Soil, Manure, and Woodchip?
Yes, we do. Please call to check availability and organise the delivery for bulk loose loads. For further information click here.
Do You Have a Specific Plant in Stock?
Yes, we probably have. With 1000s varieties available, we have one of the largest ranges locally. By checking on our webshop you can see what we have in stock at both the Plant Centre and the Nursery in real-time. If you wish to reserve the plant you may do so via the webshop and we will have the plant brought from the Nursery for collection at our retail site if it is not already at the Plant Centre.
Can I pre-order seasonal plants?
Yes, you can. From time to time we will have plants on pre-order that are growing in the Nursery before they come to the Plant Centre. For example, seasonal vegetables and summer bedding plants.
Will You Help Me to the Car with Large or Heavy Purchases?
Yes, we will. Just ask a colleague and we will be happy to help.
In addition, there is always space by our front door so you can load up.
Can I Buy and Use Gift Vouchers?
Yes – we have our own Olivers Plants gift vouchers, along with those for our Black Horse Café. In addition, we sell and accept National Garden Gift vouchers (HTA) at the Plant Centre. Vouchers for Olivers Plants and Black Horse Café are available on our Webshop to purchase.
Can I set up a trade account?
Yes, you can. Please click here to complete our Trade Account Enquiry Form. We will then email you with all the details to set up your account.
Are dogs allowed in the Plant Centre?
Apart from assistance dogs, we are unable to cater for dogs within the Plant Centre.
We do, however, have a designated seating area at the front of our Black Horse Café where dogs are welcome.

Yes, we consider donations to local charities, causes, and events whenever possible. If you’d like to request a donation, please complete the donation request form, and we’ll review your submission.
