Hanging Basket Refill Service – Customer Information

Please ensure your container is free of all soil and plant debris, as we must prevent the potential introduction of pests or diseases to the nursery.

Also, double-check that your basket chains are in good condition, ensuring they can be easily hung and transported.

We’re happy to reuse liners, but if yours needs replacing, you can choose between green or coco.

If you’re planning to place your basket in a particularly shady or hot spot, please request our ‘shady’ or ‘hot’ mix to help maximise your basket’s lifespan.

While we cannot guarantee the exact plants, we will certainly follow your preferred colour scheme.
